Article abstract: Writing case reports in medical texts data back to Hipocrates´ time. Case reports may include primary cares, rare signs, new ways of diagnosis and treatment, and possibly reports about education and research. Case reports are generally involve 1500–2500 words in length with 20–30 references; and an abstract of 100–250 words. The introduction should not more than three paragraphs. In the literature review, one should make use of the relevant data bases. The discussion port is the most important section of a case report. The discussion should evaluate the unique features of cases and accuracy of the data.
