Abstract
Hydatid cyst disease may involve all organs of human body, but, the most common sites are liver and lung, and the less common are brain, heart, spleen, bone and parotid. Herein, we report a case of this cyst in the parotid of a two-year-old girl, who was treated medicaly, before surgical intervention in our center.
