A Case Report of Plastic Deformity of Forearm after Trauma in an Adult Patient

Abstract
A Case of plastic deformity of forearm due to trauma and engagement of upper extremity in an industrial machine in a skeletally mature adult, with ipsilateral humerus fracture, is reported in this article. Clinical findings were pain in the forearm, deformity, and limitation of rotation (supination and pronation). Neurovascular examination was normal. Superficial abrasions were seen throughout upper extremity. In the radiography, the radius and ulna had an apex dorsal bow.
