Abstract
Human Lung hydatid cyst is a health problem in endemic area. Lung is the second most common organ after liver to be involved by parasite. Human is accidental intermediate host whom is infected by orally take up the primary host egg-containig feces, vegetables and water. Surgery is the treatment of choice but medical therapy is indicated in the case of exclusion from surgery. In this article, lung’s hydatid disease and its treatment are reviewed.
