Abstract
Complications in surgery or patient treatment have always been a disturbing issue for doctors and surgeons. Surgeons work hard and put their physical health at risk during long surgeries, whether by standing in unusual and uneven positions for a long time or by coming into contact with sharp objects and infected secretions. During the entire treatment period or after the surgery and recovery period, with all the care they take, they are anxious and worried about their patient developing complications at night with every phone call. Sometimes they doubt that if we change the treatment method, it might be better, and this concern and anxiety about complications and the unevenness of the patient's recovery process is still in their minds and is deeply familiar with the blood, veins, and skin of surgeons. That is why, according to statistics, surgeons live ten years less than people outside their profession, given the same physical condition. This ten-year reduction is due to the pressure and anxiety that their job has created.
