A Case Report of Anesthesia Management in Burgada Syndrom undergoing Hip Fixation Surgery

Abstract
Brugada syndrome as a rare and life treating condition is characterized by right bundle branch block pattern and ST segment elevation in V1-V3 leads. In this case report, we present a 54 years old woman with Brugada syndrome who underwent a safe elective surgery of hip fracture fixation under general anesthesia. She was in a usual state of health and was diagnosed based on ECG abnormalities and a history of sudden cardiac death in her 30 years old brother.
