Abstract
The late, esteemed and beloved professor of neurosurgery, Dr. Hamid Rahmat, along with Professor Nosratollah Ameli and Dr. Kazem Abbasiou, was one of the founders of the neurosurgery department at the former Dariush Kabir Hospital or the current Dr. Shariati Hospital.
