Nipple leiomyoma arising from the mammillary muscle cells of the nipple are the least common type of genital leiomyomas. It is extremely rare, especially in males. Treatment is surgical, there is no consensus in the form of surgery due to its rarity; treatment has varied from most radical to less extensive such as radical mastectomy, total mastectomy, resection with free margins to excisional biopsy.
