بررسی ارتباط بین جنسیت، سن و محل زندگی با شیوع بیماری کوله سیستیت حاد و مزمن و کارسینوم کیسه صفرا در بیماران کوله سیستکتومی شده در بیمارستان امیرالمومنین زابل در سال 1394

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: کوله سیستیت به التهاب کیسه صفرا گفته می‌شود که اغلب به دلیل انسداد مجرای سیستیک به وسیله سنگ ایجاد می‌شود. بیماری‌های کیسه صفرا به صورت سنگ‌های صفراوی یا کارسینوم کیسه صفرا تظاهر پیدا می‌کنند و 10 تا 15 درصد از جمعیت بزرگسالان را تحت تأثیر خود قرار می‌دهند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی شیوع کله سیستیت به صورت حاد، مزمن و کارسینوم کیسه صفرا در افراد مبتلا که تحت عمل جراحی قرار گرفتند، می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه بر روی بیمارانی که در طول سال 1394 در بیمارستان امیرالمومنین زابل با تشخیص کله سیستیت بستری و تحت عمل جراحی قرار گرفته بودند، انجام گرفت. تقسیم‌بندی بیماران در سه گروه کله سیستیت حاد و مزمن و کارسینوم کیسه صفرا بر اساس یافته‌های جراحی و پاتولوژی بیمار براساس سن، جنس و محل زندگی افراد انجام گرفت و داده‌ها توسط آزمون مجذور کای و با استفاده از نرم افزار 21 SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافته‌ها: از 271 بیمـار بررسـی شـده در این مطالعه 199 (44/73 درصد) مـورد زن و 72 (56/26 درصد) مـورد مـرد، 131 (3/48 درصد) نفر روستایی و 140 (7/51 درصد) نفر شهرنشین بودند. 39 (3/51 درصد) مورد کله سیستیت مزمن، 124 (8/45 درصد) مـورد کله سیستیت حـاد و 8 (3 درصد) مورد مبتلا به کارسینوم کیسه صفرا بودند. بالاترین میزان شیوع کله سیستیت در سنین بین 40 تا50 سالگی (7/24%) مشاهده شد. نتیجه‌گیـری: بر اساس نتایج مورد مطالعه میزان کارسینوم کیسه صفرا در زنان بیشتر از مردان است و عمدتاً در مراحل پیشرفته تشحیص داده می‌شود، بنابراین بررسی پاتولوژیک همه نمونه‌های کوله سیستکتومی توصیه می‌شود.
