اثر سلول های بنیادی اتوگرافت مشتق از چربی در میزان آنژیوژنز فلپ پوستی راندوم در مدل حیوانی موش صحرائی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: نکروز فلپ ناشی از جریان خون ناکافی یک عارضه مشترک در عمل‌های جراحی ترمیمی است. از آنجا که پتانسیل رگ‌زایی سلول‌های بنیادی ثابت شده است، هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر سلول‌های بنیادی اتوگرافت مشتق از چربی درمیزان آنژیوژنز فلپ پوستی راندوم در مدل حیوانی موش صحرائی می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه تجربی در سال 1394 در آزمایشگاه حیوانات بیمارستان حضرت فاطمه(س) انجام گرفته است. در این مطالعه 24 موش صحرائی مذکر نژاد اسپراگ داولی (Sprague-Dawley) با وزن حدود 300-350 گرم پس از بیهوشی به دو گروه 12 تایی تقسیم شدند. در گروه مطالعه سلول‌های بنیادی اتوگرافت از بافت چربی ناحیه اینگوینال تهیه و کشت داده شد و سپس در پایه فلاپ راندوم بصورت زیرجلدی تزریق گردید و در گروه کنترل نرمال سالین تزریق شد. در روزهای 7 و 14 فتوگرافی برای تعیین میزان نکروز فلپ تهیه گردید و سپس در روز چهارده پایه فلپ برای بررسی هیستوپاتولوژی و شمارش تعداد مویرگ‌ها نمونه برداری شد. در پایان اطلاعـات با استفاده از نرم افزار 19 SPSS و آزمـون‌های تی مقایسه میانگین نمونه‌های زوجی و تی مقایسه میانگین‌های دو گروه مستقل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج مقایسه بین دو گروه نشان داد میانگین سطح زنده فلپ در روز هفتم در گروه سلول بنیادی 095/1±592/10 و در گروه کنترل 23/2±793/5 و در روز چهاردهم به ترتیب 934/0±760/10 و 107/2±519/5 بود که اختلاف آنها معنادار بوده است (001/0 P
