رابطه اضطراب و افسردگی با بیماری های قلبی عروقی بعد از عمل جراحی قلب

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بیماری‌های قلبی و عروقی علت اصلی مرگ و میر و ناتوانی در دنیاست. استرس، اضطراب، نگرانی از آینده و افسردگی از مشکلات روان‌شناختی است که زندگی مبتلایان را تحت الشعاع قرار می‌دهد. یکی از عواملی که بر سلامت روانی بیماران و چگونگی مواجهه با بیماریشان مؤثر است، درک فرد از بیماری و پیامدهای آن است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط بین اضطراب و افسردگی در بیماران پس از جراحی قلب باز می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: 194 نفر از بیماران قلبی و عروقی 35 تا 60 ساله که در بازة زمانی اسفند 1394 لغایت تیر 1395 به درمانگاه‌های قلب بیمارستان‌های فوق تخصصی شهر تهران مراجعه ‌کرده بودند و سابقة جراحی قلب باز در طی یک سال گذشته را داشتند به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های اطلاعات فردی و جمعیت‌شناختی، پرسشنامة ادراک بیماری و پرسشنامة استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی (DASS-21) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 23 SPSS و آزمون ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: ضریب همبستگی بین ادراک بیماری و افسردگی بیماران قلبی 27/0 r = و ضریب همبستگی بین ادراک بیماری و اضطراب بیماران قلبی 42/0 r = می‌باشد. نتیجه گرفته می‌شود که بین ادراک بیماری و اضطراب و افسردگی بیماران قلبی و عروقی رابطة مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (01/0P < ). نتیجه‌گیـری: اگر ادراک بیماران قلبی و عروقی از بیماریشان با پیش داوری همراه باشد، باعث می‌شود که اضطراب و افسردگی بیشتری از خود نشان دهند، اما اگر ادراک آن‌ها از بیماریشان بر اساس اطلاعات موثق از جانب پزشک معالج باشد و بیماری و عوارض آن را درست درک کنند، میزان اضطراب و افسردگی آن‌ها کاهش می‌یابد.
