ارزیابی سمپاتکتومی توراکوسکوپیک در بیماران مبتلا به هیپرهیدروزیس در مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل طی سالهای 1382-1394

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: یکی از روش‌های کارآمد و در دسترس جهت درمان بیماری هایپرهیدروزیس، سمپاتکتومی توراسیک می‌باشد. هدف ما از این مطالعه، بررسی میزان موفقیت این روش درمانی در بیماران مبتلا به هایپرهیدروزیس می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع ‌مقطـعی بوده و تمام بیمارانی که به علت هایپرهیدروزیس اولیه در بیمارستان شهید بهشتی بابل طی سال‌های 1394-1382 بستـری شـده‌اند و تحت درمان جراحی قـرار گـرفته‌اند، وارد مطالعه شدند. در نهایت 51 بیمار وارد مطالعه شـدند. داده‌ها با نرم افـزار 20SPSS و با استفـاده از تست آماری تی تست و کای اسکـوار مورد تجـزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: از 51 بیمار مورد مطالعه 47 بیمار (1/92%) هیچ عارضه‌ای بعد از جراحی نداشتند و 44 بیمار (2/86%) بعد از جراحی بهبودی کامل داشتند. ارتباط معناداری میان سن و میزان موفقیت سمپاتکتومی توراکوسکوپیک وجود ندارد (223/0P =). همچنین بین سن شروع بیماری و میزان موفقیت سمپاتکتومی توراکوسکوپیک ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت (541/0 P =). ارتباط معناداری میان شغل بیماران و میزان موفقیت سمپاتکتومی توراکوسکوپیک نیز وجود ندارد (343/0 P =). یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که محل سمپاتکتومی به صورت معناداری بر نتیجه نهایی جراحی در بیماران هیپر هیدروزیس تأثیر می‌گذارد (011/0 P =). نتیجه‌گیـری: سمپاتکتومی توراکوسکوپیک روشی ایمن و مؤثر جهت درمان بیماران مبتلا به هیپر هیدروزیس می‌باشد.
