اثر بخشی گروه درمانی مبتنی بر احساس در رضایت زناشویی و کیفیت زندگی زنان ماستکتومی شده

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر بخشی گروه درمانی مبتنی بر احساس در رضایت زناشویی و کیفیت زندگی زنان ماستکتومی شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: جامعه پژوهش حاضر کلیه زنان ماستکتومی شده مراجعه کننده به مراکز مراقبت سرطان شهر شیراز می‌باشد. برای نمونه‌گیری بصورت در دسترس تعداد 30 نفر انتخاب شدند و به شیوه تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تخصیص یافتند. شرکت-کنندگان قبل و بعد از مداخله و همچنین یک ماه پس از اتمام مداخله دو مقیاس پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ و فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی برای سنجش رضایت زناشویی و کیفیت زندگی را تکمیل کردند. گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل پرسشنامه‌ها از نرم افزار 22 SPSS استفاده شد و برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج تفاوت معنا داری بین نمرات پیش آزمون دو گروه نشان نداد. در حالیکه نتایج حاصل از آزمون کواریانس چند متغیره نشان داد که بین رضایت زناشویی گروه آزمایش (87/115 ± 56/11) با رضایت زناشویی گروه کنترل (87/90 ± 08/9) تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (001/0≥P ). همچنین بین کیفیت زندگی گروه آزمایش (75/79 ± 84/9) با کیفیت زندگی گروه کنترل (87/67 ± 43/8) تفاوت معنادار است (001/0≥P ). نتیجه‌گیـری: بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش می‌توان گفت که گروه درمانی مبتنی بر احساس در رضایت زناشویی و کیفیت زندگی زنان ماستکتومی شده تأثیر مثبت داشته است.
