مدیریت موارد غیر واریسی خونریزی گوارشی فوقانی مروری بر مقالات و منابع پزشکی

چکیده
خونریزی گوارشی فوقانی یکی از مهمترین اورژانس‌های پزشکی می‌باشد که تشخیص و درمان به موقع آن به منظور کاهش مورتالیتی و پروگنوز ناشی از آن اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. این عارضه می‌تواند به صورت واریسی یا غیرواریسی رخ دهد که مـوارد واریسی در ارتباط با بیماری‌های کبدی به ویژه سیروز کبدی و موارد غیرواریسی بیشتر در ارتباط با زخم پپتیک می‌باشند. موارد غیر واریسی خونریزی گوارشی فوقانی متنوع می‌باشند و در راس آنها زخم پپتیک قرار دارد که میزان شیوع آن با توجه به مصرف روز افزون داروهای ضدالتهاب غیراستروئیدی، به ویژه در افراد مسن، رو به افزایش می‌باشد. احیای اولیه، آندوسکوپی زودرس و جراحی کلیدهای اصلی برای تشخیص، مدیریت و درمان این عارضه می‌باشند که در قدم‌های درمانی خونریزی گوارشی باید به کار گرفته شوند. امروزه روش‌های مختلف آندوسکوپی نقش اساسی در درمان این عارضه ایفا می‌کنند و نقش جراحی در مدیریت این عارضه کمرنگ‌تر شده است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه مروری بر روش‌های برخورد با خونریزی گوارشی فوقانی غیر واریسی می‌باشد.
