بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی - رفتاری بر شاخص‌ توده بدنی، اندازه دور کمر و باسن و میزان عزت‌ نفس در زنان چاق متقاضی جراحی زیبایی شکم

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر با توجه به شیوع روزافزون اختلال چاقی و پیامدهای ناشی از آن، بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی- رفتاری کوتاه‌ مدت بر کاهش اندازه شاخص توده بدنی، اندازه کمر و باسن و افزیش عزت نفس در زنان مبتلا به چاقی و متقاضی جراحی زیبایی شکم برای جایگزینی درمان شناختی - رفتاری به جای استفاده از جراحی‌های زیبایی غیر ضروری است. مواد و روش‌ها: روش آماری پژوهش حاضر طرح تحلیل اندازه‌های مکرر با گروه کنترل است. جامعه آماری کلیه مراجعه‌کنندگان دارای شاخص توده بدنی بالاتر از 30 به متخصص جراحی عمومی و زیبایی برای جراحی زیبایی شکم شهر اصفهان بودند که برای شرکت در پژوهش از آن‌ها دعوت به عمل آمد. از بین این افراد 30 نفر که ملاک‌های ورود به پژوهش را داشتند انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. به ‌منظور اندازه‌گیری متغیرهای مورد نظر این پژوهش شامل شاخص توده بدنی، دور کمر، دور باسن و عزت ‌نفس، به ترتیب از ابزارهای ترازو، متر و مقیاس عزت‌نفس روزنبرگ (1965) استفاده شد. داده‌ها از طریق تحلیل اندازه-های مکرر و آزمون‌های تعقیبی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 23 SPSS مورد تجزیه‌ و تحلیل قرار گرفت. سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 P
