چکیده
زمینه و هدف: رضایت شغلی میتواند از عوامل مهم و تأثیرگذار بر کیفیت روابط زناشویی باشد. از طرفی کیفیت روابط
زناشویی یکی از مهمترین عوامل اثرگذار بر عملکرد خانواده میباشد. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط رضایت شغلی و
کیفیتروابط زناشویی پرستاران شاغل در اتاق عمل در مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان انجام گرفت.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه توصیفی - تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی به روشسرشماری روی 79 نفر با مدرککارشناس/ کاردان
یا بالاتر هوشبری و اتاق عمل مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان انجام گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از فرم مشخصات
توسط السن Enrich توسط لوتانز در سال ( 2007 ) و پرسشنامه کیفیت روابط زناشویی Loutanz دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی
نسخه 20 و آزمون آماری میانگین، انحراف معیار SPSS در سال ( 1993 ) جمعآوری شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از از نرم افزار
و ضریبهمبستگی اسپیرمن استفاده گردید.

.(rs = -0/054 ،P = 0/ شدت این ارتباط نیز بسیار ضعیفبا جهتمعکوسبود ( 000
نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که جنسیت با رضایت شغلی و کیفیت روابط زناشویی ارتباط منفی معنادار وجود
دارد که نیازمند بررسی مطالعات بیشتر با حجم نمونه بالایی میباشد. پیشنهاد میگردد؛ برای زنان شاغل متاهل کلاسهایی در قالب
بازآموزی در جهتبهبود سلامتخانواده برگزار گردد.
