مقایسه تأثیر گاز انتونوکس با تکنیک های تنفسی در مدیریت درد زایمان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تسکین درد در طول زایمان یکی از نگرانی‌های زنان باردار می‌باشد. وجود درد شدید در حین زایمان باعث ترس از زایمان بعدی و تأثیر در رابطه مادری می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه اثر گاز انتونوکس با تنفس کنترل شده در مدیریت درد زایمان بود. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی یک سوکور بود،که بر روی زنان باردار کاندید زایمان طبیعی مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان ولیعصر بروجن انجام شد. زنان شرکت کننده در مطالعه قبل از وارد شدن به فاز فعال زایمان بیماران به طور تصادفی به دو گروه گاز انتونکس (35 نفر) و تنفس کنترل شده (35 نفر) تقسیم شدند. مادران بلافاصله پس از شروع درد تا زمان زایمان در هر گروه متناسب با نوع مداخله استنشاق گاز انتونکس یا تنفس کنترل شده را داشتند. درد مادران به کمک مقیاس بصری درد (VAS) در طول زایمان تکمیل می‌شد. آزمون آماری کای دو و تی مستقل برای آنالیز داده‌ها استفاده شدند سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی افراد شرکت‌کننده در مطالعه 66/4 ± 25/25 سـال بود. میانگین شدت درد در طول زایمان بین گروه‌های انتونکس و تنفس کنترل شده تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت (05/0P > ). این در حالی است که در مقایسه درون گروهی در هر دو گروه تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری دیده شد (001/0P < ). نتیجه‌گیـری: استفاده از گاز انتونکس یا تنفس کنترل شده در طول زایمان می‌تواند، مؤثر در کاهش شدت درد زایمان باشد. این روش‌ها جدا از صرفه اقتصادی بدون ایجاد عوارض مادری و نوزادی باعث کاهش شدت درد زایمان می‌شوند.
