چکیده

سندرم بروگادا به عنوان یک شرایط نادر و مخاطره آمیز با بلاک شاخه‌ایی راست و بالا رفتن قطعه ST در لیدهای V1-V3 مشخص می‌شود. در این گزارش موردی به معرفی خانمی 54 ساله مبتلا به سندرم بروگادا می‌پردازیم که به طور ایمن تحت عمل جراحی فیکساسیون لگن با بیهوشی عمومی قرار گرفت. او در شرایط معمول سلامت قرار داشت و بر اساس اختلالات نوار قلب و سابقه مرگ ناگهانی در برادر 30 ساله‌اش تشخیص داده شد.
