تعیین نیازمندی‌های داده‌ای و دسته بندی عناصر داده‌ای گزارش‌های سیر پوکی استخوان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بیماری پوکی استخـوان یک بیماری مزمن و پنهان است که هزینه‌های سنگینی برای جامعه و فرد به دنبال دارد. اولیـن گام در مدیریت بیماری‌های مزمن، مستنـدسازی و ثبت مناسب داده‌های بیماری می‌باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نیازمنـدی‌های داده‌ای و ارائه یک دسته‌بندی ساختـارمند برای عناصر داده‌ای گزارشات سیر بیماری پوکی استخـوان انجام شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع کاربردی و به روش توصیفی – مقطعی در سال 1398 انجام شده است. در این مطالعه ابتدا عناصر داده‌ای از طریق مطالعۀ مقالات استخراج و سپس از طریق یک پرسشنامه در اختیار گروه متخصصین قرار گرفته است. نتایج بدست آمده از طریق فرمول شاخص تأثیر آیتم تحلیل شده و عناصر داده‌ای تعیین شده‌اند. از طریق مطالعۀ روش‌های دسته‌بندی اطلاعات و مصاحبه به گروه متخصصین، دسته‌بندی عناصر داده‌ای ارائه گردیده است. یافته‌ها: مجموعۀ عناصر داده‌ای گـزارشات سیر بیماری در 9 بخش و 51 آیتم ارائـه گردید. همچنین از دسته‌بندی [History Objective Assessment Plan (HOAP)] که یکی از اقتباسات [Subjective Objective Assessment Plan (SOAP)] است به عنوان مرجعی برای ساختار گزارشات ارائه شد. نتیجه‌گیـری: با توجـه به اهمیت ثبت گزارشات سیر بیماری پوکی استخوان و به منظور ساختارمند نمودن این گزارشات جهـت مشخـص نمـودن سیـر اقدامات پزشکان در هنگام مراجعه بیمار، عناصر داده‌ای و الگویی جهت استفاده ارائه و ارزیابی گردید.
