تأثیر مداخلات کاردرمانی و عوامل مؤثر در توانبخشی پس از ترمیم تاندون‌های فلکسوری: مطالعه مروری

چکیده
آسیب‌های تاندونی دست تاثیر منفی قابل توجهی در توانایی فرد در انجام فعالیت‌های روزمره، فعالیت‌های حرفه‌ای و تفریحی دارد. بر اساس پژوهش‌های صورت گرفته این اختلال شیوع بالایی دارد. شواهد موجود علل مختلفی را در بروز این اختلال مطرح نموده‌اند. این علل شامل آسیب‌های تروماتیک ناشی از درگیری‌ها، تصادفات رانندگی و صدمات ناشی از کار بوده است. انجام توانبخشی تخصصی دست برای به حداقل رساندن میزان چسبندگی، افزایش توانایی و بازیابی عملکردی می‌باشد. بدین سبب ضرورت دارد که این مداخلات برای بیماران در دسترس باشد. در طی دو دهه گذشته جراحی‌های ترمیم تاندون‌های فلکسوری خصوصاً در زون دوم دستخوش تغییرات زیادی شده است و این تغییرات به سبب پیشگیری از ایجاد چسبندگی‌های پس از جراحی و بهبود پیامدهای عملکردی دست صورت گرفته است. همواره در طی انجام جراحی‌های ترمیمی سعی شده از برش‌های کوچک جهت پیشگیری از ایجاد ادم استفاده شود. از طرف دیگر نحوه بخیه‌هایی که برای ترمیم استفاده می‌شود باید به گونه‌ای باشد که مقاومت لازم را در حین لغزش تاندون در جلسات توانبخشی داشته باشد.
